Returns Policy

  • Any disparities must be notified within seven days after order receipt. It is essential to remember the name of the Sales Person who handled your return. Any inconsistencies with your order will be recorded in our system for future reference, allowing us to handle your account more efficiently. We will not accept returns or exchanges after seven days from the day you received your order.
  • Any faults reported after 7 days that are not Bikap Bitkisel's fault are subject to a 20% restocking charge or less. Returns and refunds must be requested within two months after the invoice date. Returns are not accepted after two months.
  • If Bikap Bitkisel has made a billing or packaging mistake on a written order, we will cheerfully cover the cost of return shipping. If the client requests an urgent re-shipment, they will be required to pay for the products when the re-order is placed. They will be credited/refunded when we receive the returned products.
  • Orders placed with errors may be returned provided the error is notified within seven days and the product is uncontaminated. The merchandise must arrive in resellable condition. The customer will bear return shipping costs. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee or less to compensate for the time and labour required to return products to the warehouse.
  • When returning items, they must be packaged properly and accompanied by a letter with your invoice number, name, contact information, and the reason for the return. Whether you desire a refund or a replacement, giving as much information as possible about the item you are returning is crucial so that it may be handled quickly and properly.
